Official Dragon Ball manga translations

Hey! I love learning languages and I would love to make it easier by reading in another language while already knowing the general idea of the entire series. So, languages that I'm learning right now are:

Japanese, which I already own the entire series in,
Greek, I'm learning ancient Greek which I would love to translate the series iunto, but reading the official Greek translation (besides watching it on Youtube) would be sick.
Latvian would be cool,
but the language I will be starting in two weeks is Arabic. I would love to purchase an official arabic translation, but I have no idea where to get these things because Ido not know enough to search in the languages. So if anybody has any links on where I can buy these, I would greatly appreciate it!

Greek, I'm learning Ancient Greek which I would love to translate the series into.

As a teacher of Ancient Greek, I could say that acquiring 100% this language is absolutely impossible.

You should also know that nobody speaks Ancient Greek anymore. You had better focus on learning Modern Greek instead if you want. And there is not any official Greek translation of the manga.

Now that's funny 'cause I'm a classical scholar too and while my scope lies rather in the field of reception then ancient language I am reasonable sure I could point to people who know an Ancient Greek 100% (if by 100% you mean C2/near native comprehension/written production level [since either oral comprehension or expression are impossible for us to judge]) - by "an" I mean "Attic" or "Koine" or (though this is more difficult because of the scarcity of sources) "Mycenean" Greek. Also if OP wants to learn Ancient Greek really good, then it is an incredibly bad idea to mix it early on with Modern Greek. MG has a destructive effect on the understanding and retention of Attic grammar and even worse on pronunciation (mixing modern itacized pronunciation with ancient words results in a real hodgepodge).

And now onto the topic: a language version of the manga you might consider is also the Polish one published by Japonica Polonica Fantastica (the link leads to their official shop - no affiliate links). This translation is literal - sometimes excruciatingly so.

As to learning Ancient Greek in such way: have you considered Harry Potter? The Ancient Grrek translation of the first volume is spot-on and it's a series probably everyone knows.

As to learning languages using Dragon Ball: how about Multiverse? The translations there are done by native speakers whenever possible and while no Ancient Greek, there is an Arabic version and another one in quite nice if dry Latin.

I probably shouldn't mix them, and I know that, as I was typing I kind of just put out whatever I was interested in, but yeah. As for the Harry Potter, I own it, lol. I thought that if I were to learn AG, and then produce something like that, possibly making it easier for others to get interested in AG, but I guess if they saw translated AG DBZ manga, they would already be interested. Good practice regardless!

As for Polish, that would be interesting, definitely going to check that out and the DBM translations! Thanks again guys!
