The HD release includes all the extra content from the Japanese release and Collectors Edtion, so that includes a complete movelist for every character, Goku with Halo, Trunks with his Saiyan Armor and a Piccolo Daimaio costume for Piccolo, there's also some new portraits in the Story mode with more voiced dialogue.

It's not in the HD release. Neither is the animated mouth flaps.Quebaz wrote:The HD release includes all the extra content from the Japanese release and Collectors Edtion, so that includes a complete movelist for every character, Goku with Halo, Trunks with his Saiyan Armor and a Piccolo Daimaio costume for Piccolo, there's also some new portraits in the Story mode with more voiced dialogue.

I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.

Huh, well that's dumb. More reason to stick to my PS2 release then.DBZAOTA482 wrote:It's not in the HD release. Are you sure? Because the new costumes are definitely in.DBZAOTA482 wrote:It's not in the HD release. I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on my blog. Check it out if you're interested in my thoughts on the series as I watch through it!

Broly's Ultimate Attack is edited to be not as brutal in the HD version.

The Budokai games had nothing to gain from an HD "upgrade". They looked fine to begin with, and they're cheap games. Not to mention the soundtrack, which was always a huge draw for me. They lose a lot of soul without the original tracks.

Thanos before Thanos was cool.

But the complete movelist (all the combos, strings, attributes, etc.) isn't.Luso Saiyan wrote:Yes, they are.DBZAOTA482 wrote:It's not in the HD release.

3 could have had an Online mode, but Namco. Still think the colletion was dumb as soon as they decided on the whole Budokai-only thing and then not even all of them, should have been Budokai 3/Infinite World, Super DBZ and Tenkaichi 3.Thanos wrote:The Budokai games had nothing to gain from an HD "upgrade".
