Which Dragon Ball game has the most clones?
Which game had the most characters that played identical to each other?
Though BT2/3 gets shit for needlessly splitting characters into multiple versions, I'd have to go with Sagas cuz EVERYTHING character play EXACTLY the same. They all share upgrades, have the same basic combos, and even shared the same canned animation. The only thing setting them apart is some can transform so it basically boils down to character preference when choosing someone to play as. The first two Budokai games are a (distant) 2nd.
Which is the most cloned to you?

Haven't we already gotten these in GT? Goku dies, the DBs go away, and the Namekian DBs most likely won't be used again because of the Evil Dragons.

I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.

The first Sparking game did. The game had no in game transformation, so a lot of characters played the game. SSj2 Goku played no different then SSj1 Goku did.

Final Bout had 3 Adult Gokus that played mostly the same (Base Goku was slighty different), 2 Kid Gokus that played the same, 3 Trunks' that played somewhat the same (Z Trunks changed it up a bit), that's 8 characters out of 17.

Sagas. Every single character does the EXACT SAME THING! The only and I mean ONLY difference in gameplay is the SSJ's who have a very poor transformation mechanic.

I disagree that BT1 and Sagas had all of the characters cloned. There were a few characters that had different specials, animations, and mechanics.
To me the game that had the most clones was Ultimate Tenkaichi, and I for one enjoyed that game, despite it being the worst DBZ game IMO.

BT1 I don't think was all clones. But "Sagas"? EVERY CHARACTER HAD THE SAME ANIMATIONS (some of them vary, but it's only 3 different sets animations spread throughout) AND MECHANICS! The only difference in Super Attacks was the color.

You're right about that. And I remember I didn't really have that much of a problem with the mechanics for Sagas until I unlocked Broly, and it ain't because I hate the character. I think you know why.MarCas92 wrote:EXBadguy wrote:I disagree that BT1 and Sagas had all of the characters cloned. There were a few characters that had different specials, animations, and mechanics.

I remember how Future Gohan would hit people with the arm he didn't have because of the recycled animation.MarCas92 wrote:EXBadguy wrote:I disagree that BT1 and Sagas had all of the characters cloned. There were a few characters that had different specials, animations, and mechanics.
