Zarbon is a prince ?

I just read some stuffs on another site and someone said that Zarbon was once a prince,he said it was from DB Wiki so i went there to check it out and it was indeed there.I know the wikia is not reliable but i just want to know if this is true.Here's what the wiki said :

Zarbon is confirmed to be a prince among Frieza's men due to two separate indications. The first comes from the Frieza saga, when it is mentioned that when Frieza wiped out an entire species or planet, he kept the strongest warrior from each planet alive. The other instance is noted in the battle mode in the video game Tenkaichi Tag Team, where Zarbon and Vegeta are both entitled as "Prince of Another Planet" on a stage select title.

Well, first statement doesn't really say anything about him being royalty anyway.
Second one... well, 'kay, there's Vegeta who is a de facto prince, but in reference to Zarbon I think it may just have to do with his sissy-ish, charming persona. You know, like how you call a girl "princess"? May be the same.

However, you can't certainly say it's confirmed because of roundabout stuff like this, though.

Well, the first fact isn't exclusive. It doesn't say he kept "only" the strongest alive. And we see at least two of a couple of species in this band on Namek.

The first thing offered as evidence makes no sense because there's no reason to assume that the strongest person from each world would be a prince. That's only true with Vegeta because the Saiyans were a warrior race where social class was determined by strength, but other races wouldn't necessarily be set up the same way. With the second piece of evidence...well, I don't want to get into a big canon thing here, but do stage select titles from video games count as strong evidence? It'd be one thing if a video game story line had said "it turns out Zarbon is prince of Planet Pomelo" or whatever, but this is just a stage select title, with no further details. Without anything more to go on, it's easier to just assume it means "prince" metaphorically in Zarbon's case. I'm also curious to see what the original phrase in Japanese is, in case "Prince of Another Planet" is a mistranslation.

Well, the Japanese Wikipedia article (people will of course hold varying thoughts on the validity of this, therefore) on Freeza and his men makes reference to Zarbon's image song, 'Mahiru no Yami', the lyrics to which can be found here: http://www.kanzenshuu.com/lyrics/ja-mahiru_no_yami/

Take it with a pinch of salt, naturally (this being an image song from a video game, not exactly from Toriyama's own pen!), but for what it's worth it's a piece of evidence I guess...

Okay, for a start, I try really hard to keep the wiki reliable as possible.

That being said, it says nothing of the sort. It mentions that his attire is of that of a prince, but besides that it is mentioned only in the trivia section that in a video game he is mentioned as being a prince. His occupation is solely listed as Frieza's Aide/Guard.
