Hard to say, he beat up Mira who used to be as strong as super buu but came back stronger.

He beats that powered up Mira but when Mira then goes on to fight the Cac and RoF era Goku he powers up once or twice more (does he go straight to ssj4 after breaking a limiter or is there a power up in between?)

So I'd guess Beerus > SSJ4Mira > Blue Goku (RoF) > CaC2 > Bardock > New Mira > CaC1 (lowest estimate) Old Mira=Super Buu.
