How powerful was Demigra?
Self explanatory. How powerful was Demigra in each of his different forms? In DB Heroes he has another evolution called Makyouka Form.

Well in Xenoverse, the best we saw from Demigra in his transformed state was that he able to knock down Super Saiyan 3 Goku (with Godly ki/power), but once the Player Character and Super Saiyan 3 Goku (with Godly ki/power) fired a combined Kamehameha at him he went down pretty easily. Of course in another ending, astral projections of Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo and Krillin appear and donate their collective energies into the player character and that prove more than enough to kill him. I'd personally put Demigra at best Super Saiyan God tier. I don't follow Heroes, so I can't answer on that accord.

The DB wiki claims:
"According to sound files Demigra has no confidence in fighting Potential Unleashed Gohan, and displays awe at his power'
Which would roughly match him being on the same level as the Future Warrior (stated a few minutes before encountering Demigra to be evenly matched with Super Buu). Anyone able to confirm this?

But he has hax.
He can mind control people like Omega Shenron,has the ability to go through time,transport people throughout time as well,opening wormholes,illusions,can amp up people to ridiculous levels (tuned Hercules into a threat to the z fighters in the Cell saga)

Base - Perhaps around Super Saiyan 4, to remain exclusive to tiers. He's scared of Beerus in Base, but...
Final Form - ...in this form, he's much more confident against him. I'd place him on the Super Saiyan God tier.
Magic Enhanced - I'd require knowledge on Xeno Goku's strength, which I lack.

Stronger than super buy/classic Mira.
Weaker than the Mira from xv2 though whoa back stronger. Who Cac1 wasn't able to easily kill even with Trunks help.
