Original Dragon Box quality (480p) Vs Upscaled quality (720p, 1080p, 1440p)

I just saw this video which is from the Dragon Boxes but upscaled to 1440p quality.

And I wanna know if the upscaled versions (720p, 1080p & 1440p) are indeed better than the original Dragon Box one (480p).

If not, is it the same quality or worse?

The original Dragon Box footage gets any damage by these upscales or not?

The quality is not improved by upscaling. A YouTube upload in 480p would be compressed more, therefore look worse, but that's down to YouTube. YouTube's idiocy aside, the upscale gives no benefit at all.
The point of Dragon Ball is to enjoy it. Never lose sight of that.
