If Ki, at least DB's form of it, actually exists in our world then everyone has a PL in the single digit range at best. Yamcha at the beginning of DB was below 10 yet he still had any real world martial artist beat in physical feats & abilities.
Can anyone here say they can strike a person through several stone columns or withstand such force themselves?

I'd say 5-6. I exercise daily and hit the gym at least 3 times a day. I also do some martial arts so I'm at least the higher-end of average.

I suggest people to apply DB logic. Not our world one. We don't even have "KI" the way the manga describe it, not a body that can resist for long to increased gravity. All of our battle power is ZERO.

So, probably, anyone attending a martial art school, gym, survival, fightings and meditation will grow in "power" way more (and differently) than it does on natural Earth.

If I have to match my experience on a "Dragon Ball" meter, I'm around Yamcha (vs Tien, 22nd Tenkaichi).

If it were in RPG terms, the vast majority of people are at "Level 1/100" is using Ki while Kid Goku is at "Level 90/100" in comparison. The Shotgun Farmer could probably only strike with a small fraction of his PL of 5 while Kid Goku could strike with nearly all of his PL of 10, being several times(tens of times possibly) stronger by comparison.
