Voices you would like to return?

Some voice actors who come to mind right away.

The first one is Alberto Hidalgo, voice of Vegeta from the Castilian Spanish dubbing who, as I read, stopped because he dedicated himself to serving as an executive in the Autonomous Public Administration of Andalusia. He was one of the best elements of the old dubbing and I prefer him to the current voice actor.

The second one is Yiannis Papaioannou, the main voice of Vegeta from the Greek dubbing of DBZ who, although 84 years old, can still make a strong voice if he wants to. He tried to somewhat imitate Vegeta's voice a few months ago during an interview and he wasn't that bad in my opinion. A few years ago he also did a dynamic narration in a song so he could return for at least some small project.

And the third one could be José Luis Castañeda. He may be old but he is one of the most characteristic and nostalgic voices from the Mexican dubbing. He made a comeback as Nappa in the Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie but he could return in other roles as well like Kibito's for example.

Any of the Ocean Studios cast, rewatching the Westwood dub recently has solidified my (unpopular) conviction that it was the better dub of Dragon Ball Z, despite not being available uncut or having a Kikuchi score variant. As much as I respect the work Chris Sabat and crew put in the performances of Brian Drummond and Scott McNeil feel a lot more natural to me.

That said, on the Texas side I think Dale Kelly was a talented guy who was directed to say some super corny lines as the narrator, but I'd be interested in hearing what he could do in a more serious dub.

The whole french cast except from Goku and Kuririn (adult versions). Goku's actor sounds so different from smoking and Kuririn's Kai and Super replacement is not to my liking. It's gonna be interesting to see what the french dub does with all those chibi voices that aren't Goku.

The original French cast has participated in all the recent projects so it won't be a big surprise if they return. Regarding Patrick Borg, what bothers me the most is that from Super onwards he tries to make Goku's voice completely childish. But overall it's not a bad voice.

Goku is a battle-obsessed manchild, a voice portraying that is appropriate.

I only watch the Japanese version of the anime nowadays, though I really wish Shenron could revive the late Paolo Torrisi, Italian Goku has never been the same anymore without him :'(
