Can Bulma make better Androids than Dr. Gero?

I feel like Dr. Gero's limitation in building the androids was brought about by him having to do it in secret in an underground lab. It would have been very difficult for him to get his hands on the latest cutting edge technology and having to do it all alone would take it's toll on how great of a finishing product he could make.

Now, Bulma may not be as brilliant in robotics as Dr. Gero but she is super smart, owns a multi-billion dollar technological empire and can outsource assistants to other specialist like Dr. Hedo; who is the son of Dr. Gero and the creator of Gamma 1 and 2. And since she has the benefit of being able to do things out in the open, she can freely apply new technology to the android project as they come, while Gero, as I previously mentioned, would likely have missed out on several technological advancement due to having to work in an underground lab in the mountains alone.

If you believe that Bulma can make androids, how powerful do you think an android designed by her would be?
Who would you like to be made into an adroid? And why them?

No it's just a different skillset. She never tried in the future or even built Gohan a robot arm.
I think Gero being in a cave probably slowed down his work but didn't impede any end results.
Her dad seems shocked at Geros skill.
Future bulma is also smarter than present bulma by her own admission.

the dragon radar is not mega science really it's basically a long range geiger counter.
The ship was made with her dad and using existing space ships.

The time machine is a legit feat, but that's future bulma who became smarter and harder working by neccisity.

Tools don't help if you lack the know how to use them.

As others have said and will say, it's mainly a matter of skillsets and experience.

Bulma simply isn't as experienced in hyper advanced robotics the way Dr. Gero and Dr. Hedo were.

This sounds like a reddit response where you just piggy back and regurgitate what the first responder said.

Bulma has dr. gero blueprints, so she is not starting from 0. She was able to use said blueprints to reconstruct A16 and make a remote that shuts down the androids.

She owns a multi-billion dollar company and has Dr. Gero's grandson in her employment; who can assist her in the building of the design.

She has the luxury of having the latest tech, while gero likely was using outdated tech in his lab and couldn't keep up with the change in technology over time.

Bulma has made technological feats of reverse engineering alien tech, making a dragon radar and creating a force field that can contain a SSJ2's power. Yet, we still think that she would not be able to make better androids with all these advantages?

Agreed with Sensiblesaiyans. Bulma is one of the brightest minds in the world; probably moreso than Gero even. If she has the blueprints available then she can likely improve upon Gero's design and make them more efficient. Although the behavioural aspect is a key point. They need to not try to kill everyone. Be more like #16, minus the programming to kill Son Goku.

This is precisely why a second Tournament of Power would make no sense (should Super ever resume), Hedo is already able to make androids on par with Super Saiyan Blue, add Bulma's help and they can easily build an army of Beerus-level androids. Actually, that would be great for training; come to think of it, the only one who trained with an android so far was Kuririn with 18.

She surely was able to improve on Guero's designs, but I don't think she would've been able to make them from scratch.
Not due to lack of ability as a scientist (in that sense, she was as good as Guero or even better) but her interests are in very different areas of knowledge and she never was seen invested in making super-weapons.

In DBS she probably is the responsible for the increase of power in A17 and A18 (who became as strong as SSJGods or even higher in the TOP arc) which is something Guero would've never achieved (or maybe yes if he was given the extra time and technology).
