Champa: Odd one. Presumably he either managed to collect all the SDBs or Beerus got them before he could. Either way some wish was probably made off-screen that is inconsequential to Earth.
Tournament of Power: no Goku means Zeno never gets the idea for a tournament. But this doesn't really explain why he never destroyed any universe. Maybe he just never bothered.
Broly: in Vampa stuck still.
Moro: this one can go either way. He either dies in prison for some reason, still hasn't been released, or did manage to escape and either died or got his youth back and is out there eating planets, still not having encountered Earth.
Granolah: no Freeza means no impetus to get the wish. Granolah & the Heaters are out there conducting business.
Superhero: RRA no longer exists.

Beerus: We know he didn't meet him. No super saiyan god prophecy in this TL. Or simply saw Trunks was not SS god level through Whis.
Freeza: They evidently never found the super or regular namek DB's before the empire fell apart.
Champa: Champa would get his wish because Beerus was asleep.
TOP: The TOP was not suggested by Zeno as there would never be the Tournament of destroyers before it for Zeno to see. Zeno was only going to wipe the timelines after speaking to the other Zeno.
Broly: With no Freeza led recruitment drive Broly doesn't leave Vampa and his dad dies. Even if the freeza force or someone else picked up Broly, if it's after his dad died then he's not going anywhere or doing anything significant.
Moro: Was implied to get his magic back after Kid Boo died. Boo wasn't released in Trunks timeline, Moro would have attacked before timeline wise, and would have reached earth by the black arc, Shin would have been busy with Moro or died before he met Trunks. Moro dies in prison eventually.
Granolah: No Freeza revival means none of them do much differently. No 7-3 escape and all that.
Super Hero: Red Ribbon army are dead and even if the people lived, they have not made money as red pharma for years.
The double Trunks timeline:
Beerus: Depends on what Trunks does. Bulma says;
"If Zamasu shows up again, you'll both end up getting killed!"
(unclear if she means Black, Zamas, or both or she's simply out of the loop her and not hip to the powerscaling)
Shin says: "If I don't get killed by Dabra, then lord beerus won't die. If you explain the situation to him, I'm sure Beerus would eliminate them for you"
(Unclear on the use of "them" plural? So presumably Shin is advocating that the new timelines Shin teleports Trunks to Beerus
Freeza: They never found the earth DB's even if Trunks pulls some stuff off and get new earth DB's they aren't gonna be careless like the main timeline. The freeza force is probably over at that point.
Champa: Champa got his wish and they probably don't have the Tournament.

Bonus! Daima: Without Boo's sample she cannot make the other 2 to start seizing the super DB's. She evidently can't convince the king that one trunks is a threat and probably not the two Trunks's either. There's no Earth DB's to wish on either.
