I'm'a save this video, and show it next time I shoot down some DragonBall-hating anime snobs.

Hey there's also a Dragonball homage (or maybe just a rip off) in a videogame called "Last Blade". I didn't want to start a whole other topic for it so I'll just post it here.
This character named Kaede powers up from his black haired form to a stronger blonde form. I was only able to find the animation for his power down however.

Unless you've played Power Stone, you know not of HUGE Dragonball references.Humpski wrote:Hey there's also a Dragonball homage (or maybe just a rip off) in a videogame called "Last Blade". I didn't want to start a whole other topic for it so I'll just post it here.

Yeah I had Power Stone 2 a long time ago, I can't remember what you're referring to however.Rory wrote:Unless you've played Power Stone, you know not of HUGE Dragonball references.Humpski wrote:Hey there's also a Dragonball homage (or maybe just a rip off) in a videogame called "Last Blade". I've only played Power Stone 1, but I believe he's referring to Wangtang. When he gets the 3 stones, he gets gold and shoots energy blasts. And to top it off, his super move is like a really big spirit bomb. At the time I first played that game, I didn't know they could get that big so it was a surprise.Humpski wrote:Yeah I had Power Stone 2 a long time ago, I can't remember what you're referring to however.Rory wrote:Unless you've played Power Stone, you know not of HUGE Dragonball references.Humpski wrote:Hey there's also a Dragonball homage (or maybe just a rip off) in a videogame called "Last Blade".
