Dragon Ball Episode 4: "
We don't actually see the old woman giving Bulma the Dragon Ball in the manga (though it obviously does happen at some point)."
Actually, in the manga on page 102 on the last panel on the left side, the old women hands the ball over to Bulma and says "Here's the ball, as promised!!" To which Bulma replies "Hey, Thanks!"
I just checked the site and found this. I thought I should correct it for you.

I don't know how I missed that, but thanks for pointing it out. A correction should be up soon if it's not already.

For episode 5, for the filler section with Oolong hiding underwater as a fish, it says:
Hiding amongst a school of fish, Oolong grumbles about crazy they are
I'm guessing that should be "grumbles about
how crazy they are"
Kind of nick-picky, but in this part:
Oolong then eats the candy, hoping she will keep her promise. Goku wants one too, but cannot have one. Oolong says it is because he is the type women prefer.
I think that last sentence leaves it unclear whether Goku or Oolong is supposed to be the type women prefer.

The episode 5 guide could also benefit from mentioning that Bulma fell asleep. It says Oolong hides under the rock structure with her, and then she wakes up... from what?

In episode 5 filler guide, during the episode summary it mentions that there's a filler segment lasting 1 minute, 18 seconds, yet the total at the end of the summary says there was 31 seconds of total filler, so one of those numbers must be incorrect.

Looking at the original file, the segment is also supposed to be 31 seconds, so it's the 1:18 that's wrong. Probably just came from using the previous page as a template.

For episode 6, "Panzer Fast" should be
Panzerfaust.

I thought that at first, but the fact that Toriyama used
fasuto instead of
fausuto made me think it was either a pun or a typo.

It does mention that she falls asleep.
