Remember awhile back when Darkprince410 brought a fake book known as an "initial daizenshuu" to the attention of this forum? Well, some more videos on the subject have been posted and I was wondering if some of you could please take a look at them and explain it?

They said this was published on June 1994, but that was still a ways before the DragonBall manga actually ended serialization, which didn’t happen until 1995.

Seiji Horibuchi is the founder of Viz, but Viz didn’t have the DragonBall license in 1994. I don’t think Funimation even had the license to the anime then.

"Meisha" doesn't exist. And there'd be no reason for Viz to publish French editions of the book, considering Glenat has the rights to publish DragonBall in French.

That's all I have the energy for. I'm pretty tired of this whole thing at this point, and I don't feel like sitting through them. Is there anything new in those videos? It looks like just the same old claims this person(s) has made before, just in video form.

Try googling "Dragonball Escheat" - ALL - you will find is the bitchfit on youtube between these two users. If there were such an early document, why is it only there? The simplest answer, is often the right answer, and in this case, I call a hoax.

Besides, advising Viz Media, and making an english translation for the JAPANESE market, not only conflcting, but wrong, because Viz did NOT have the manga rights to Dragon Ball in 1994, AND moreover there would be no reason to make an English (or French) version for soemthing that is "only for the Japanese market".

It looks like this guy has bought the real Daizenshuu and now realized how wrong he has been, since he just removed all of those videos...probably out of shame and embarrassment.
