Dragon Ball Z V.R. V.S.

Oh yes, the return of the weird game.
I'm wondering, for any of you that actually tried this game, does it have any back story at all? What's all the purpose of it? Who or what is Ozotto? What is his purpose? What's the point in fighting everyone and gathering the Dragon Balls for a random wish? Is it all really random, or is there some slight story behind it?

All I can tell you is that Ozotto is a Majin character with 3 eyes and horns who appears to be the main villian in the game

Each character asks for a wish that would benefit himself. I wish I remembered the endings more thoroughly.

Gohan asks to have more free time playing in the forest.
One character's wish for more power was misconstrued and he ended up as big as the planet Earth. (Was it Vegeta?)

Goku wishes for lots of food.

Gohan wishes for Chi Chi to forget about making him study for awhile, and he goes out to play with Hire Dragon.

Vegeta wishes to have "the world beneath his feet", and ends up a giant standing on the Earth (this is taking from the manga title page for when Cell announces the Cell Games, which has Cell in an identicle shot).

Piccolo wishes to fight the strongest guy in the world, and gets sent up against Mister Satan.

Forgot the rest.

Trunks wishes for his father to be alive, in his timeline. That's all beyond the point though. I already knew all of that. I just wondered if there was any story behind it.
