I take it this was some unreleased music.

If so, very good job indeed.

I think it would be more accurate to call it the "recap BGM", since while it is indeed a BGM variation on "DAN DAN Kokoro Hikarete 'ku", this specific version is used as the recap music at the beginning of every episode.

And it's wonderful.

How was this created? General music composition software, combination of real instrument recordings, etc.? Also, to get in with the first request... can we all get a nice MP3 of it? :P

That song pretty much contrains everything I remember liking about GT. Excellent work.

At least, this piece. Here I can agree with you.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
First, actually not like much of the DB background music, But this just made me cry...
I remember watching the intire GT in Japanese... (I neither spoke a single english word back then). I remember I downloaded The Dragonball GT show, not at once though. I'm driving home from school, it's autom, every thing is yellow and orange and the trees are all dropping their leafs they have been hard working all over the spring and summer, I'm quited singen the "Dan Dan Kohoro"-song for myself as I though they said ít... My mind is only set to one thing, Getting home and watch dragonball. I open the door, Jell "Hey" to my mom, without hearing her replay about how my day had been bacause I at that time sit with head phones on and watch the downloading program. It's just wonderfull if a new episode is readdy, else I'll just sit and watch the processbar for the next episode if it's around 95% (That could mean hours though). but then when I finnaly started watching the episodes and the song went with a summary from last episode... I can descreibe the felling... 20 minuts later I was now downloading the next episode and maybe search for picture of it at google... All these memories...

*Please don't comment I downloaded them. In fact I today have bought all Funimation DBGT singels.

Sounds like they spliced together various parts of the recap with no dialogue to create this.
"Kenshi is sitting down right now drawing his mutated spaghetti monsters thinking he's the shit..."--Neptune Kai
"90% of you here don't even know what you're talking about (there are a few that do). But the things you say about these releases are nonsense and just plain dumb. Like you Metalwario64"--final_flash

Great work!
The series doesn't start with the arrival of Raditz. Stop being lazy and watch Dragonball.

Brilliant adaption! It seems the music in GT is severely underrated (probably due to the GRAND TOUR dub adaption being rampant for so long...), but from what I've heard of it, it's brilliantly done. I think there's some bias towards Shunske Kikuchi when it comes to making fitting Dragon Ball music (and who could disagree that the feel is fantastic, honestly?), but the GT music was fantastic in its own right.

This also reminds me, once again, how much I absolutely love the melody to Dan Dan. Great stuff!

That song was never released? It's the most memorable GT music next to Dan Dan!

DongHyun, does anyone at ForeverDragonBall Cafe have the full Korean DragonBall movie? I'm dying to see it!

Thank you for sharing DongHyun. I saved the MP3 stream from the FLV using the direct stream copy feature in SUPER. If DongHyun has a better quality version, a lot of us would really appreciate it.
