Gashapon translation help
I just received 100+ gashapon figures and this is the paper insert that is in each capsule. Could someone translate any of it for me?

The first picture says DragonBall Z: Character Egg
The second picture is about a survey. They’ll give a gift to 50 people out of all those who answer the survey. To enter the survey, you write your address, name, age, and gender on a postcard and send it in. The survey questions are “what character do you like?”, and “what toy do you most want right now?”.
Chi Chi warns that there are slight differences between the photos and illustrations and the actual product. Goten says “collect everyone!”.
