Name
Following the transformation's in-universe debut in Dragon Ball Super episode 123, the first instance of it being assigned a formal name came via a late-February 2018 stream from Bandai Namco promoting the then-upcoming "Universe Mission" update to the Super Dragon Ball Heroes arcade game, where the text on-screen referred to it as 超サイヤ人ゴッドSS・進化 (Sūpā Saiyajin Goddo Sūpā Saiyajin Shinka or "Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Evolution").[1] The footage was publicly uploaded to the "Dragon Ball Heroes Official Channel" on YouTube within the "Universe Mission 1: How To Play" video 07 March 2018.[2]
