An item which Oolong asks of Shen Long, and the first thing that comes to his mind when making a wish to prevent Pilaf's world conquest. This pair of women's underwear is plain with a ribbon attached to the front. Oolong wears them on his head. In Dragon Ball Z Movie 2, Oolong calls to Shen Long to grant his wish for a pair of girls' panties.[1]
