Sky Dragon is the name of a character in Funimation's English dub. It refers to two separate characters as they appeared in the original Japanese productions:

Tenlong, a character from Dragon Ball Episode 80 who is called "Sky Dragon" in the English dub.
Kung-fun, a character from Dragon Ball Z Movie 9 who is also called "Sky Dragon" in the English dub and is implied to be the same character as above.
