As most people say it the only way to become a true SSJ is to have rage but, when goten shows goku that he can turn SSJ he doesn't seem that angry. So how did he turn SSJ if it is all about rage.

Truthfully. I did not like the Sagas story mode at all. I think it was the worst. I didn't have any else to play it with so maybe the multiplayer was awesome but I thought playing by by myself was bad
