Since they recover fast i'd imagine they could train for a whole week, but how many days do you think they rest?

Do Saiyans gain muscle faster then the average human?
It's been said in the wikia that Saiyans heal from injurys fast. Does this mean they have short recovery periods inbetween workouts?

Think about it if they have that much chi flowing through them shouldn't they have been evolved enough to never need to eat or drink

If you brace yourself for a blow to a particular part of your body, you are likely to be more prepared and receive less damage.
When ki is what is enhancing the body's natural defenses, it makes sense that those unprepared can be damaged.

Just look at the other auras that show up in the series. They don't affect their clothes either.

How come when Saiyans go Super Saiyan there clothes don't burn off? is it because the flame around them isn't flammable?

We know as humans that we have a limit to our strength due to the lack of ki but because saiyans have ki energy running through them at all times does that give them the power to never have limits? Can they keep building strength?

Are Saiyans Impervious to all weapons?
I know that for example a sword that if it were to be wielded by a human that it wouldn't do any damage to a Super Saiyan, but what if that sword was wielded by another Super Saiyan would the Super Saiyan be able to do any damage to the other Saiyan?

I believe it can have either effect depending on how you use it.

If you had large amounts of ki energy flowing through you would you be lighter then a feather? Or would you be Super dense?
