i think perhaps the reason yamcha and tien didnt learn it was because king kai just didnt believe they had the necessary control over

I've always liked to believe that humans (apart from Oob) never got stronger than 1% Freeza. It's too much of a leap for me. I have a hard time believing they surpassed 3rd Form Freeza.
