The DAIMA characters more or less fit my opinion:

Yeah sure. Why wouldn't they? All these transformations have him in his big buffy form. Don't they have the "Legendary" in the name too? Like LSSJ3, LSSJ4...

Super Saiyan is a multipler on REST BASE, the value a Scouter would get before Ki manipulation would enter in the equation.

What can be cut out:

Super Saiyan 2 : just have it being Gohan not holding back anything, and then Goku and Vegeta catching up with Gohan's Cell Game level.
Super Saiyan 3 : instead of being "its own form" it can stay as a "Grade 5" of sort as Goku's attempt to further improve on the SS ...

But my point still stands. Why use SSB? He can easily do the same with SS1 or 2.

Because Anime Blue is the better form for most situations where he might need more than basic SS1.

It does cost more stamina, but the Perfect Ki Control lets him adjust the power as needed through the whole SS1 ...

Yes, I did address that: she couldn't beat SS2 Goku either, just a bit before.

Kale is far stronger in the manga. Freeza himself said he needed to get serious to beat her, she's undeniably CSSB tier while her anime version is just SSG tier.

Kefla also scales differently because Kale is much stronger in the manga.

In the anime she gets Super Saiyan 2 which is stated making her stronger than her berserker state
But she gets styled and in a couple scenes overpowered by Goku's SS2.

Beerus says Complete Blue is good enough for a GoD Candidate
Toppo is a GoD Candidate, and he's on the same level as Complete Blue Vegeta in the manga.

But in the anime he's on the level of BASE Blue Vegeta... but then ...
