Re: MistareFusion's Dragon Ball Dissection! (Updated 4/13/26!)
God, the fact that Super Hero is supposed to take place just ONE year before the 28th Tenkaichi Budōkai epilogue, and we're somehow supposed to believe that Blooma goes from looking like this:

Here I bring further proof that the base container can be trained and surpass the Super Saiyan one.

To play Devil's Advocate, Trunks' base could just be that weak, to the point that Base Gohan can deal with his SS form.
That’s a fair point ...

Vegeta does need a whole minute to get to that state, Gohan would definitely not wait for him in this scenario.goku the krump dancer wrote: Fri Nov 28, 2025 6:04 pm So even with Vegeta being able to do his Psuedo UI/Ultimate power up thing, he’s still no match for Gohan? Strange.

Re: Dragon Ball power-levels until Cell (manga)
I'm all for lower battle powers and low multipliers, but the only way I can see SS being a 10x multiplier is if it's more efficient than Kaiou-ken, as in less strains in the body and a slower power decay. That and being a 50x multiplier after the RoSaT training, otherwise, there's no point in using ...

This might be biased, cos I've been reading it since I was a kid more than a decade ago, but I think Dragon Ball Multiverse, despite all of its faults, is one of the best fan media out there. Shout out to YoungJiji's AF too!

Re: How l would personally like an ideal dragon ball game to be
I think Budokai 3 had the right idea: you play the story regularly, if you simply defeat Pure Boo, the end credits play but if you defeat him with the Genki-dama, you continue the story towards the 28th Tenka'ichi Budoukai to fight and unlock Oob.

Re: How Would You Introduce Someone to Dragon Ball ?
Recently I've introduced a friend to DB, I suggested reading the kanzenban and said that he could watch certain movies after certain sagas if he felt like it. He's already at RoF (he chose to go with BoG/Jaco/RoF > Super > Daima > GT), so I think he liked what he read.

Re: The All-Purpose "What-If " Thread
If Freeza was never born, would King Cold still fear the Legendary Super Saiyan myth or would still keep Planet Vegeta going?
Cold worked with the Saiya-jins for a few years before stepping down, no? And from what I remember, he was pretty dismissive of them. He seemed like a business-oriented ...

Re: Dragon Ball Daima: Episode 2 - Official Discussion Thread
I have 0 reasons to believe this (besides my desire for Towa and Mira to be used in some way), but I think Glorio is related to Dabra on some level. If he is then Glorio has a reason to screw with Gomah's plans to rule the Demon Realm.

Re: MistareFusion's Dragon Ball Dissection! (Updated 8/19/24!)
I just thought about it, but Sū/Four-Star being the younger twin of San/Three-Star makes no sense at all if they were born when their respective wishes were made. Sū was born from Piccolo's wish in 753, San was born from the wish to erase people's memories of Boo in 774, it's a 21 years age gap, how ...

Re: Unpopular DB opinions
And the afterlife in particular is probably one of the most solid testaments to this, never breaking rank from its comedic setup even as the series enters its most serious phases (well, except for the Future timeline I guess :p).
And it's just the fact that this a show where the entire ...

Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
I don't really think the actual story is dragging or anything, it just feels like it because we only get a handful of new pages a week (which is fair, the people behind DBM have lives and do this for free), so it feels longer than it actually is. I have to say that the constant switching from the ...

A friend texted me about this a couple of minutes ago and at first I didn't want to believe it. "We get these kind of 'news' almost every year," I thought... I was not expecting it to be real, but damn, seeing this I cannot deny it.
