They will continue to milk Xenoverse 2 and Kakarot with more DLC.

Toyotarou will continue the manga with a new arc that had some planning with Toriyama and it'll edge really close to the end of Dragon Ball but not quite get there.

It's just... there are so many characters running around in that arc that it really feels like literally nothing in it gets enough focus to be truly memorable.

That's a pretty reductive view of things. Enjoy what you want by all means but that's like saying a movie adaptation of a book is inherently better because it has visuals.

Not strictly Dragon Ball outside the small crossovers but I never cared for poop on a stick which is done to death in Dr Slump.

Also I haven't seen thus far in the anime yet, still in the Goku Black arc of that version.

Reading the last several posts on this thread really reinforce that Toei Super and Toyotarou Super are vastly different and the sins of the anime plague the overall discussion.

Cause in the manga:
Goku was never a pest to Zamas
Goku didn't forget the senzu
Goku didn't forget any of the mafuba stuff ...

Also I do find the Super manga better than some of OG DB.

To me it's basically all better than Artificial Human/Cell arc which I find a bore and my least favourite manga arc. I know it makes me the minority but Goku Black is my favourite Arc with a Future Trunks.

I've argued rather tirelessly that the general mantra about the manga being too fast wouldn't be felt by anyone reading it blind, and that the anime would feel needlessly slow in comparison.
