Theres no need for a Quad core. Quad core would only be if you using Photoshop and editng a 20 mega pixel image, along with editing in after effects and premiere at the same time. i have this for ps2 and wii. The wii version is just some much better. At first the controls will confuse you, just do the training and start dragon adventure and you will get used to it in no time. When you do get into...theres no putting it down :D.
