You know, I've heard a lot of names attached to the DBZ dub that was broadcasted in Canada and the UK. I know the voice actors from the original Saiyan and Namek saga episodes returned to reprise their roles, but was it still a production of the Ocean Group? The reason I ask is because I've also ...

First and foremost, the original just cannot be beat with all the little idiosyncrasies tied to it. There is nothing like hearing Japanese Goku with all his hick-like mannerisms or the bad ass-ity of Ryûsei Nakao's Freeza. With that said, I agree that if the dub had stuck with the Pioneer movie ...

When Goku first went Super Saiyan, it was ALL my friends and I talked about the next day at school. After all the hype and "legend" stuff, it was crazy to see what it finally looked like. All the other forms were alright, but never had the same impact on me like the first one did.

Adding subs to the DBox footage wouldn't hurt sales in Japan though. If anything it would increase the amounts of imports since it already is the best form of the show with all the previews and everything. To me, it seems like it would be a smart move on Toei's part.

I have a copy of this game if anyone is still interested. It's in great condition, however, I'm pretty broke right now . I don't think I can be as generous as Anonymous Friend and give it away. So if anyone wants to buy it for like five bucks, hit me up with a pm.

Kind of a shame though, that the voice of Goku everyone seems to admire also..."dreads" the role? Maybe that's not the best term, but it seems like something he's not even all that happy about in general, despite the tons of positive fan response.

I was thinking the same thing during the ...

I remember Corlett's screams to be pretty weak actually. Not terrible but I never got the impression he was really "powering up". Maybe it would have been better if he got paid :)

There's a player called VLC media player that allows you to take snapshots. While watching a clip just go to the "Video" tab and click on "Snapshot".

Why Mono? (vs Stereo; DB TV Audio)

Hey everyone, I have always wondered why DBZ was recorded in mono for so long. I understand the decision earlier on I guess, but how come they never made the switch to stereo?
