I believe I only saw Vegetto yet it seems likely we will see Gogeta and Gotenks,

Apparently it will be released here in the Netherlands on the 17th of June,
since I just recently finished 100% (I now it was dus time but I got everything 9 times),

But they already did the cutscenes in Budokai 1, so if you would put the same cutscenes in the other games it would look to much like the previous, no new concepts.
