I never found any scene particularly too gruesome. Maybe that's just because I'm a desensitized freak. The only moment I really thought went too far was Videl being beaten to a bloody pulp at the tournament but it wasn't exactly the gore that made me cringe there.

So the guy who composed battle point unlimited will be doing the music now. That is my favorite piece of work for the Japanese BGM, so I'm pretty excited for that.

I would just hope the BGM will not be as repetitive as the current version.

DB is a kids show in Japan, and a show for teens in the U.S. due to the cultural divide. I'm pretty sure everyone agrees on that.

The worst coloring choice of all, though, is the yellow hair of a Super Saiyan. So ugly and boring. They look much better in their black-haired base forms.

How can you say that I child can't comprehend things like Cell's biology when the anime itself does nothing more than say that he has cells from other fighters? It's not like there's college level bio study stuff being explained on Cell, they just lay out some really basic stuff and move on ...

Yeah, dragonball is a kids show. That's why they had to heavily edit and even completely cut episodes to MAKE IT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.
