Whats the original airing of Episode 51 for ? Just curious is all.

I just picked up the Bardock & Trunks specials from Amazon.com. One used one new, but they are the original Funi Singles for a total of 12 BIG dollars. Are these out of print ? After viewing the cropped encodes I sought these out as even the Blu-ray release wasn't doing it for me. If the Dragon Box ...

WHOA ! That's some news right out of left field, Funimation always making odd decisions. As for what release I went for ..... DB ....... Now hopefully they will just release it in one giant boxset

The possibilities of getting a release of the Dragon Box Movies seems highly unlikely with the other box sets just hitting shelves!
I for one am just hoping/praying that we at the very least get a Dragon Ball Dragon Box set. The Movies & Gt can stay the way they are as far as I am concerned.

Hmmmm they are essentially cropped? I know there is some that say the original films were widescreen or made to look like that , so my singles would just be 4x3 to fit screen? No black bars

The Blue Bricks do not have the proper* opening/ending sequences, no credits, and no previews. And the episode titles are forced English; no Japanese text.

*Technically, they have the "appropriate" opening and ending sequence only for a certain section of episodes. While the opening and closing ...

I was curious if Funimation's Blue Brick's have the following....

*proper openings & endings
*last episode and next episode previews

Also I was curious to the opinion's of those whom own or have seen the Blue fella's to see if it is worth getting them after already owning the Madman big set's?

Just thought I would share this auction with the board .
