I was wobdering if anyone has the video file of Brian Drummond's line "IT'S OVER 9000". I want to get it so I can use Movie Maker and make a video having to do with it.

You can use windows movie maker but it sucks. Take my video for instance:

Coudlnt add sound effects or go frame by frame; it was more like "6 frame chunk by 6 frame chunk"
