What does this box say?

This isn't like that vibrator, "Beerus is the first enemy they fought that is faster than light" thing. A friend of mine found this page from the Japanese manga and is curious of what does the box with Toriyama's Tori Bot in it.

It's an announcement that "something" will be happening next chapter, chapter 519, and that you should wait for it but not get your hopes up too much.

As it turned out, this "something" was that chapter 519 marked the end of the series, a fact that wasn't publicized ahead of time.

Also, this box is translated by Viz in their release of the manga (available everywhere fine books are sold).
