That's right I made it! Color Wars, Superman vs. Goku! Power Levels all here! Off-topic CITY!
Actually this has nothing to do with that stuff. Now since I have your attention, why don't we discuss how we've found this site (Daizenshuu EX). I'll start it off:
I've been going to the site (Daizenshuu EX and VegettoEX's homepage) for a long time without even knowing it. I don't know if anybody remembers Castor's site but I was a frequent visitor of Daizex when Vegeta Insane was in its prime. I probably stumbled upon the site searching for pictures or something. I even have clips in my computer that start off with:
I have no idea how I have these ><. Anyway, I decided to join the forum after listening to a few of the podcasts and I've been flooding it with useless info ever since... So, how did you guys find the site?
-EDIT- I was a fan of ToT too! I remember playing that rpg and getting owned by No.16-18 (why was no.16 there). I'm probably the only person that remember's the Trunks RPG or that Attack of the Saiyajin game at Castor's site.

Good times regardless... I remember hearing Meri plug her site (an episode when she said google it ;p) and I was like, holy shit that's the site with the game...o_0

You can call me Rick because I'm not actually Piccolo.
I missed out on all of the DB Movie fun, huh?
Point blank: it's gonna suck if you want it to. Personally, I'm seeing it as a comedy.

I'd actually been to 'Vegetto EX's HomePage' once. Long long ago. Later I'd frequented Daizenshuu EX (not knowing they were related at all) but never delved too deeply as it was
too hardcore for me (ah youth...)
My interest in the Internet wained for a few years, and I had forgotten all about DaizEX and happened upon it by chance (probably from ToT) about a year ago. I signed up to the message board looking for a few answers, dreading what responses I might get. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of maturity (which I have
not helped to increase). I became even happier when, a month later, the podcast began.
And the rest, they say, is history.

Eh, would this fall under the catagory of an off-topic thread?

Have you ever thought about creating a tribute to Dragonball topic? You can then post your Unicorn Neo video for the final time.

I first found Temple o' Trunks first, off the Anime Turnpike, and then through Meri's nice big link page I found VegettoEX's Homepage and Vegeta Insane.
I used to spend almost all my time in ToT's old chatroom. BOTH the bravenet version and the other version.
I was lurking DaizenshuuEX recently because it had frequent updates. I didn't join the forum at first because I am an admin of my own for other things.... but when I couldn't find ANYONE to really talk about DragonBall without having to talk about Naruto or Bleach or something else too, I couldn't take it anymore and finally joined the forum.

Hoo boy.
I remember the super oldskool days when I would frequent places like Planet Namek, DBZ Uncensored, DBGT.com (oh boy, long gone are the days when I got my crap-quality DBZ fansubs from that place XD), and yes, even VegettoEX's homepage.
I rediscovered the site pretty much RIGHT after it was going through the renovation as Daizenshuu EX, because at that time I was frequenting the (then often updated, and I find it amusing that Meri notes the BAD need of an update in the podcasts

) Temple O' Trunks.
When the forum was spawned, I pretty much registered right away...and, in a move that I'm sure I will forever be known for on this site, I posted about 5 times and was absent for over 3 years, only making my (TRIUMPHANT!!) comeback a couple of days ago.
Um, W00T, go me. XD

Just to let you guys now, I'm not dead either. XD
I found this site through a friend's podcast. I was scanning through his mp3 player and found this. The podcast does a good job in bringing people here I guess because before I knew it I was a member of the forum. Good Job guys.

Yeah your right, I don't think it's a bad thing either. A lot of the people who seem to find the podcast then find the site, they are normally a little bit older and maybe grew out of Dragonball a little bit but then the site brings them back and reminds them of how much they liked Dragonball and they are happy they have a place to discuss it.
I think that is probably the main reason that I like the podcast it brings a lot of life to a show that is not as popular anymore, and because of it there is a very active forum.
(EDIT: For being a Room 29 topic there are too many GREEN TEAM members in here for my liking

)

I wonder if Planet Namek or MFG had any influence on this site? Those were sites that I went to a lot in the early days.

Well, I started coming online in 1998-1999, and I believe I found this site in its previous form around that time. I watched it, then it died for awhile and came back. So, here I am again ;p
I also was a regular visitor of Planet Namek, Vegeta Insane/GGG, ToT and DBZ Uncensored.

I still have that Attack of the Saiyajin game I made back in 1999. It took me about 4 months to make it...
Too bad the sound doesn't work in XP.

Necroposting spambot.. Anyway, I never knew
you made that?! Back in whenever I had '98 CPU, I had a friend that *swore* he owned that game for NES.

Anyway, I have that game in a CD somewhere but the last I checked, there was no sound either.

If anything, I actually ended up beating the game and I plan on "remaking" parts of that game sometime (like the ToT game) if I get a chance.
