I can see that 'Palace' is probably the best translation - the only thing that's stopping me from endorsing it fully is that I have this weird feeling that Daimao translates it as 'Paris'. I mean, I could be wrong about that, Daimao might sub it as 'Palace' too, in which case there's absolutely no reason I shouldn't use 'Palace'. But if he does use 'Paris', then that's something to consider as well: did he just not know about the Goten/Goten thing? Or did he have some reason to use Paris 'instead'?

Okay - ETA to me opening Photoshop: 5 minutes (a reboot now, for luck). If anyone had any further input send it in as quickly as possible so I don't have to re-do some pages.

So, I'll use the script as it is now for all the pages, it'll be 'Palace', 'Lila', and 'Xicor', and pages will be scaled up to 1200px high. Is that good for everyone?

I'll update here as I finish every 10 pages or so.

I have to agree. I love how toyble takes all references from Toriyama's (& even Toei's) works on the DB series, & them makes his own story out of it.
