Gohan's hair - Movie 8 & Cell Game

Is Gohan's hair the same length in Movie 8 as it is in the Cell Game? I watched a little bit of Movie 8 recently in order to quote a couple subtitles in another thread, and it looked to me like Gohan's hair is shorter in Movie 8 on a consistent basis. It isn't as full and hanging over as it is in the Cell Game. It reminds me more of how long it was right after Goku cut it.

Obviously, the difference isn't massive or glaring, which is why I bring it up. Do you think Gohan's hair is longer in the Cell Game compared tto Movie 8?

Edit: If you can, actually watch part of the fight. It's a lot easier to tell in motion, especially if you are watching it full-screen.

Anyway, it doesn't look that different to me, though I see what you're talking about.

Could it just be a matter of a different animation style or team?

To me Gohan's hair seems the same length during movie 8 and the Cell games. But, his hair colour looks a bit lighter in movie 8.

I really think it's just the same hair, by a different animation team.

The animation for Movie 8 always did seem a little different than others, especially when hair was concerned.

The hair is, in fact, shorter. When Gohan turns into Super Saiyan for the first time he has a massive hair, so Goku decides to cut it, when we see Gohan again, he has that shorter hair that we see in movie 8, then when he get's out of the ROSAT his hair has grown a bit more. This is also in the manga. You can also see the hair in normal form, in movie 8 and movie 9, it's easier to see the diference.

Hey guys, sorry, it seems I got confused, Gohan has the same hair in Movie 8 and Movie 9, but a different one in the Cell Games, I'll see if I can post some pics later.

Yeah. It looks like they used the old hairstyle for Gohan in the movies. It's the same hairstyle he had in the Saiyan Saga, and it looks similar but it's clearly different for those of us who obsess over Gohan's hairstyles.

That's okay. We all still love you. Either way, you're right; it does look a lot more like his "training for the Saiyans" hair than anything else. Chi-Chi probably made him get a haircut after the Cell Games.

Holey moley, does Gohan ever look badass in that Movie 9 screencap.

Badass as Movie 9 Gohan is, I really just want people's opinions on Gohan's hair length, as well as more screen shots showing the difference if anyone cares to post them (so base form helps me not). Thanks.

Really, the only difference I see is that it's a bit longer, except for the back, which is trimmed some in movie 8 and more in movie 9, as shown in this screenshot:

What more need to be said? Can't you spot the diference already? Do you want me to post Super Saiyan images as well? In Super Saiyan 2 is hair is equal.
