Xyex, I liked your post. For the simple fact it's been a while since someone made one with the DBZ logo

Ok, them credits look a lot nicer now. Slap on the logos and we're good to go.

That reminds me. Why haven't we started recording? It's only one guy we need to audition for (Tullece), and we can at least do other people's lines without his VA for now. I mean, if we wait any longer more voice actors might drop out like last time, right?

I think we should continue the auditions, AND start the recordings (At the very least for all the supporting characters, the main ones do encounter Tullece at some point and I think we may still need the VA auditions completed at that point). Hopefully this will help speed things up a bit.
On a side note... I think it's a bit funny how some of the people are listed by their real names and the rest of them are listed only by their Daizex handles. Are we going to decide on going with one or the other, or are we just going to leave it like that... ?
Dunno. I forgot to give out mah real name >.>
I have the segment of the movie with the credits. I'll see what happens, hopefully we can use real names, but if not, a username will suffice here and there.

Well, it's round, it's blue, and it's green, but the landmasses are different.

You can just shorten me to "Desire Campbell" ('e' or 'é' is fine). I don't think anyone will confuse me with the other Desire Campbells. :P

I work tonight, but I've got Wednesday and Thursday off, so I'll get some work done on the posters. :D

Because I'm trying to make the visual guide, but am being set back in doing so by two major things. The first being my general suckiness and incompetence in all things video tech, and the second being the uncooperative nature of the programs I'm trying to make the subtitles with. Acid_Reign has been trying to help me, and seeing how much trouble I'm having, offered to take it up if it got too much for me.

Acid, if you're reading this, I think I'm gonna have to take you up on that. I don't know what I'm doing, SubtitleWorkshop is being a pain in the ass, and at this rate, it'd never get done. I want to give the script a final read-over, and then I'll PM you about it, okay?

In the meantime, guys, you have the script, so practice! Heck, and start recording if you really want. There will be lines that we'll really need the VRG for in terms of timing and such, but not that many. In fact, feel free to record and post samples of yourself in character on here. Heck, I'd encourage it, to make sure we're all still fresh and capable, and I wouldn't mind being able to get together a list and see who'll need some coaching and such.

Also, just checking again, what recording software is everyone using? It would seem the beta for Sounbooth has expired, so from the looks of things, I'll be using Audacity.

Very shweet banner, Stevey. One tiny little problem though.

That'd be it's size. The original purpose of them were as signature images for other forums. That's just a tad over the size/dimensions limit for most places. Think you could slap together a smaller version?

In the meantime, that's good for advertising on sites and junk.

Heh heh, simple. 8) Just tell me the size threshold for the places you want to advertise this.

No flirting with the cast, especially when you're a much younger fella from overseas who's promised himself to a certain cosplayer. :P

And Chuquita, you're Italian? Kick-ass, maybe we oughta give Bulma and Yamcha Italian accents. :D (j/k)

Excellent job on that banner, Steven!

Steven, awesome banner! I really like it. I do think it's a little dark, though. (And the Transformers rip-off is a bit obvious.) But I would like to see the HQ version.

Also, if size is an issue, maybe there could be two versions: one light and one dark. But I'm sure the images can be resized accordingly depending on the forum. Do we plan to have a web page for this? We could throw the bigger stuff on there perhaps.

Nice banner - dark though. And I'm concerned that, even brightened, the characters might be hard to see when the banner is shrunk. I'd love to grab the original files and take a shot at condensing it (so it looks better small).

Does anyone else really like that log on the banner? I'm half hard just looking at it tiny there. I vote for that (or something similar) as the official movie logo.

Also, any word yet about the Telluce auditions? Call backs?

-edit-
Audacity is what I used for my audition, works pretty well I think.

You're right; now that I look at it closer, me likey, too. I think we need to see it bigger.

We got cut short yesterday, so we're meeting up again Thursday. Expect an announced decision of some sort on Thursday afternoon/evening. :D

Yeah, that banner is waaay too huge. Kaboom mentioned this would be used in forums and such. Generally the highest they can sometimes go is somewhere around 400x100 (on most sites I visit).
And yeah, the characters need to be brightened up to be visible, and I think that 'Dark Side' blurb may need to be removed.

And I'm Jibril Yassin. Hopefully that helps with names and stuff.

Aw, thank you.

I am indeed. :3 I've actually heard the dbz dub from Italy turned out quite well. I can't imagine Bulma with an Italian accent though. XD

I really like the font on the logo. Specifically the stuff in the upper middle part of it; makes me think of Weekday Toonami.
