That, or use DownloadHelper. Or, if all you want to do is make a 2-frame animated icon, you could just as easily take two screencaps...

Just thinking of it now... but does Vegeta ever actually interact with Roshi? I can't even remember them being in the same room. Have they ever even seen each other?

Well, during the whole Cell TV broadcast they were in the same room watching Cell on TV.

Ha ha ha.

That's really funny. The only time when Muten Roshi and Vegeta interact is when, they return to capsule Corp, and Roshi ends up talking about the tenkaichi Budokai's from the past. I can't quite remember how he ends up talking about it, but i do remember that, everyone leaves the room when he wasn't looking.

This only happened in the anime. In the manga Roshi was at his house and Vegeta was at Bulma's house during the Cell broadcast.
