In the final minutes of the tournament, U11 is ready to face off U7 and Ultra Instinct Goku.

I can't really place Jiren as a character simply for the fact that he has no character, so yeah, who knows..maybe he'll do that.

Problem is that there are 13 minutes left (episode 118) and none of the recent spoilers (119-122) say anything about a fight between U11 and Gohan or Freeza. I mean, this should have already happened or started to happen since there are only a few minutes left, don't know...

According to the spoilers, U4 is going to be eliminated so U11 must be U7's last opponent. But still, I do think that something unpredictable will happen in the end. Something like U7 losing the tournament...?

I really hope not. Honestly I'd like to see Gohan at least battle with Toppo, since they're both obsessed with justice and poses. Jiren slapping Toppo and Dyspo out makes no sense from what little we know of Jiren's persona at current.

No but I'd like to see Toppo fight Frieza and Dyspo fight Gohan. I think it'd be a waste of Toppo and Dyspo who should honestly have a lot more to offer in this tournament.

I prefer #18 effortlessly knock Dispo out of bounds when he cramps from muscle fatigue and #17 knock Toppo out of bounds after calling him too much of a worrier. Jiren doesn't have much to gain from knocking his remaining teammates out.

As bad as this idea is, it's still better than 99% of the shit people come up with. Jiren knocking his teammates out would be extremely out of character and stupid. If he really wanted to, he would have done it a long time ago.

All such a scene would prove is that Jiren's ideological convictions to the ideals of collaborative pursuit of justice and loyalty to his team are nothing but farces that can be easily discarded when he feels the need to do so. We already have enough rivals and antagonists who show no compunctions with stabbing their own in the back. I personally prefer to see an antagonist who shows genuine fealty and camaraderie with his allies -- someone who will stick their neck out to help their compatriots if the need ever arises. The anime's rendition of Jiren is already vacuous enough without having him degenerate into your cookie-cutter one dimensional backstabber who's incapable of seeing past the tips of his fingers and nose.
