"Dragon Ball AF" manga purchase availability

Post by Ultimate DBZ » Tue Mar 18, 2008 12:57 pm

I am sure everyone is familiar with the new fan-made dojinshi entitled "Dragon Ball AF". Is it available to buy or can you only see it online? I would love to own it.

I highly doubt it's available in any Japanese store that sells stuff of this ilk, much less a store in any other part of the world.

But if you want to print all of the pages out and staple them together, be my guest. :P

You mean the doujinshi that was discussed on the podcast?

If it is, then I'd gladly tell him where to download it - but I don't think he likes the guy who runs the site.

Hell I'd buy it, only if it included a lot of extras.

I've actually seen it for sale on ebay before. The cover looked like a mock up daizenshuu and it was even advertised as "Toyble's DBAF."
Trans rights, now!

I'd buy a cheap printed version of the doujinshi manga for the hell of it. It's better then reading it on the internet IMO. But I really don't care enough for the series' to do that anyway. Maybe I'll just download it and print it off. =p

Obviously not, that would become a copyright battle. You can't sell something created by someone else without a license. If you do, and they find out, they can sue the pants off you.

I don't know whether I'd rather give the person who came up with AF a cookie, or kick them in the balls/box respectively. Ha!

I like it a lot. It's very well drawn. And the person really took their time and made a lot of effort. I think that he should be given a lot of gratitude for his great work. It's the closest thing we can have to another series.

Actually, you could sell it in Japan. Its called Doujinshi, and because Japan is an awesome country, it isn't illegal.
