Speaking of which, is there a good source for that statement? I know he said it, it was at some comic-con in Italy in 2017 if I recall correctly, but it's not terribly easy to find a good link to that interview and an English translation of it.

Thanks! Yeah, seeing Uub now definitely mean something. Hopefully it means that we will reach EoZ soon.

He was also seen during the TOP so they're definitely building up to something with him. I don't think it'll be the next arc, but they may surprise us.

This bring me to my question:

Seems like theres two ways to do a Spirit bomb. And somehow King Kai knows one and Yardrat knows one. And King Kai also knows IT.

Did King Kai train with the Yardrats once?

My feelings on the Genkai Dama thing are mixed. I’ll have to see the context of the chapter but not sure I like that he is doing such a “Goku move”

Thats not Vegeta at all. Thats 2 moves that he used that are of Goku's in this arc

It's Spirit Fission, Vegeta is just channeling everyone's energy to himself then throws it at Goku. Sure looks like Spirit Bomb, however.

I guess I got that it wasn’t exactly the Spirit Bomb but yeah it’s still a similar concept. I kind of wish it was a bit more original

But Vegeta supporting Goku is exactly what I want from Vegeta so I am happy with that aspect of the chapter

No one is freaking out and what happened in this chapter is different than what is happening in the previous chapter. What is happening here is similar at least in concept to the Spirit Bomb with the other characters lending energy.

All the energy Vegeta collects isn't enough, but in the last minute one person's energy switches things in their favor, Uub's. This is due to Kid Buu taking in Dai Kaio's divine power and it now being part of Uub.

It kinda feels awkward seeing lil Uub and Kid Trunks & Goten in the same chapter. We know they get an insane growth spurt one day in EoZ, while Uub still remains a kid

You don't need to learn the Spirit Bomb to use it. Future Trunks was able to create one instinctively/subconsciously against Fused Zamasu, despite never performing or even seeing that attack before. It's not an attack you learn, it's an attack you form through sheer will. I too find this asspull-ish, but oh well.

After reading the summary I can say that thankfully Toyotaro managed to not only make up for last month's trainwreck, but overall end the arc on a high note.

They showed Moro just crumble and explode after his crystal is destroyed, but I wonder if his goat body is still down there under the rubble. Probably not, but him coming up and then Vegeta one shotting him would be a nice cherry on top of this already pretty good end to this arc.

This chapter looks to be great! Better ending than Future Trunks arc by far. Still doesn't redeem the entire arc, but it's still nice to see. UUB returning was a surprise. I was not expecting that. Glad Vegeta got to help. No wonder Moro looked more deformed before Goku beat him.

I like being right, but I couldn't be more happier being wrong this time. I want nothing more than to see DB be in good hands and put out good quality material, so hopefully last month's chapter was just a one off incident that won't happen again.

I think Vegeta's fans (including myself) can be happy about how important his role was in taking down Moro.

It's confirmed that Beerus and Whis were summoned because of what happened to Merus, so chances are the next chapter will revolve around that, and maybe even set up the next arc.

Yep as a Vegeta fan This is exactly the role I want for him. I don’t need him to beat the main villain. I love him supporting and helping Goku and that is exactly what he did here.

I do feel parts of this ending feel a bit unoriginal but I am happy how they used my favorite character. And the final shot of Goku feels very classic.

Finally the characters beat the main villain and with everyone else pitching in a bit as well. Even Piccolo gets to show his intelligence here which I was missing

Also like how they incorporated Uub in there as well. That was a nice touch.
