What sources do we have for official arc divisions in the Super manga/anime?

Hujio, wherever he may be now, once made a fantastic post compiling all the officially sourced attempts to divide the Dragon Ball series into arcs. Unfortunately, it predates Super and Daima (and SDBH for that matter). Do we have any similar sources for the newer material, whether manga or anime? I mean, Daima is pretty obviously a single-arc program, but Super isn't.

This article on the Dragon Ball Official Site pretty much single handedly covers all the Super manga arcs (it leans more toward collected volumes than chapters, but they either line up properly, are obvious, or have other external announcements that we can use for proper delineations that I can dig up and/or edit in at some other time)-
