Does any one of the fans this forum have knowledge of this series in the following languages:

Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Uzbek, Kazakh, Georgian, Azeri, Lithuanian, Moldovan, Latvian, Kyrgyz, Tajik, Armenian, Turkmen, Estonian.

Its hard to know say "Dragon Ball" in Armenian: թեվավոր մողես գնդակ

The only one of those languages Dragon Ball had a traditional dub in was Russian, and as kei17 said there was a Lithuanian voiceover.

It's unknown whether or not Dragon Ball aired in Ukraine. At least one person kn Reddit said it aired on QTV, but I'm skeptical of that as I asked a major Ukranian YouTuber who said Dragon Ball never aired in Ukraine. So it was either a mandela effect thing or the broadcast was short-lived.

There was also an unofficial Georgian voiceover made for the movie site Poti.ge, but aside from that and PlayStation 2 games being played in Cybercafes Dragon Ball never had a presence in Georgia.

Latvians had access to RTL II, which they watched the German dub on.

Estonians saw it through a foreign channel but it was somewhat localized, so that one were not really sure about.

As far as I know we don't know anything about Dragon Ball's history in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan or
Uzbekistan.

It's possible some of those territories got subtitled airings of GT and Kai between September 2011 and August 2014 when AXN Animax had a broadcasting license. As I recall this was the case for Moldova.

As we both know, Dragon Ball Z was never listed nor mentioned in any of the archived schedules on QTV. So unless it's another POP TV situation, the franchise is likely to have never aired in Ukraine at all.

I've been checking a list of TV channels in Estonia and the only ones that match with that "foreign but localized" description are those from the TV3 Group (TV3, TV6), which once belonged to the Swedish TV giant Viasat in the past.

There is also something that is not mentioned even on the wiki. It seems that the film Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F' premiered in Estonia as well on April 29, 2017 by Korela Film OÜ.

I know that in Europe they watch series in other languages because over there they teach many languages at schools and every country is close to the other. I wanna watch Russian DB now.

We have 2x2 in Kazakhstan, but i dont know if it was available in 2011. cuz i wasnt alive in 2011.
2x2 is available in Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Georgia, Serbia, Armenia.
Belarus had 2x2 in 2011 100% i think
In my country Dragon Ball Z is called "Айдахар добы Зет" in Kazakh, but we dont have a Kazakh voice over or a dub, but a subbed version maybe.
Dragon Ball Z was dubbed in Uzbek, but this is a voice over lektor.
DBZ in Uzbek is called "Ajdaho topi Z" but title card guy says its called "Dragon Ball Zet"
Its based on Japanese version, but in the opening i can hear American intro music from the Orange Bricks DVD.
This Uzbek voiceover was dubbed in Anipay Studio for NOYAP.TV and they dubbed only 10
episodes and NOYAP.TV website is closed.
