I suppose this is more of an update than a 'Goof/Error', but on the Wiki's List of Dragon Ball Kai Episodes:

Japanese title cards for episodes 101-103, 106, 108, 111, 113, and 165 have never been released; the Japanese titles have been transcribed from each episode's Japanese audio track.

The Japanese title cards for The Final Chapters have now been released, as the version streaming on Crunchyroll in the UK and France uses Japanese credits (as per this thread). The Japanese video is also used on Disney+ as well, and while those eight 'extra' episodes are skipped, most of the their title cards appear via the next episode previews.

Actually, its both. I think we meant to make a note about that, but never did. The original chapter title is 強盗大策戦, but was changed in the Kanzenban to 強盗大作戦, and has stayed that way in every reprint ever since.

Ah, I should have done better homework. Thank you for the clarification.

Out of curiosity, why stick with the original spelling? I see that by chapter 110 in volume 10 of the tankobon, all uses of sakusen are spelled with 作 instead of 策. It would be like using 竜 for chapter 19's title (ついに龍あらわる！), wouldn't it? Granted that one was first updated in the tankobon.
