Looks to me that Chatwin's hair is dark brown in all the pictures I've seen...

I just hope Chatwin can pull off a convincing Kamehameha. We know the voice actors have the lungs for it but does he ? :?

I'm more worried about them making the Kamehameha look more like a laser beam than what it looks like in the manga/anime. I'm pretty sure that they will keep it blue, but I'm not sue about the shape of it, you know the sort of ball that is usually at the front of the wave.

I'm pretty confident in Chatwin's ability to get the moves down, and this board sketch gives me hope that they are at least aware of how it should look:

Well, Chatwin looks to naturally be a skinny guy so genetics is only going to get him so far in terms of muscles. If they're really planning on making three Dragonball movies, they probably don't want to completely bulk him out right away. There wouldn't be any room for him to bulk up later in a fashion similar to how Son Goku gradually bulks up throughout the series.

It can't be any worse than the live action Street Fighter "Hadoken" aka "Hey! Maybe if we just have our actor mime the move, flash the screen white for a split second, and add in a cheesy sound effect for ambiance, it'll save us enough production cash to cover the craft service expenses! They look pretty real to me.
I know that the actors where extremely muscular, but some CGI was used, usually not for the main character (like you see in your pictures), but they did confirm that it was possible to make people look how the Spartan actors did with CGI.

Son wasn't that muscular when he was 18(Hope no one tries to argue about what I said, because it's very true.). His body type was around that of Chatwin's at the time.

That's true, which is why I hope they understand that they need to step up Chatwin's physique for when he goes Super Saiya-jin, if the don't make any changes in his muscle mass between normal and SSj I will be very, very heartbroken.
