I think that this page might as well be made a sticky if it's just going to brought back up every once in a while, not to mention is a topic that everyone can post in, even new members...not to mention it's fun to get a look at how much more stuff than me everyone has. :|

I have that same USSJ Trunks shirt, I bought it at a flea market about 7 years ago and I've lost it since.

The one on the left I got a Comic-Con last summer. It actually wasn't on sale. The guy said he got it from Italy. According to him, that is the only place to get it. So snatched it up for $10!
The one on the right side is from Little Tokyo, LA. I got for $16.

Let me tell you, while I was glad to do the Balrog costume, those gloves were quite the pain and always needed help getting one on after I got one on.

The Tenshinhan is actually an American made figure, it's either a jakks figure or an Irwin figure, I can't remember, it came in weird shaped box, not a blister pack. But yeah, it's awesome, one of my favorite figures.

I'm in the generation of fans that started with Toonami, so I totally empathize with the feeling of having "missed the party", experiencing disappointment, and wanting to experience it myself. But I can't, that's how life is. Time is a bitch. The party is over. Kageyama, Kikuchi, and Maeda are off the sauce now; Yanami almost OD'd; Yamamoto got arrested; Toriyama's not going to light trash cans on fire and hang from the chandelier anymore. We can't get the band back together, and even if we could, everyone's either old, in poor health, or calmed way the fuck down. Best we're going to get, and are getting, is a party that's almost entirely devoid of the magic that made the original one so awesome that we even want more.

Sadly none of the human characters ever got a Super Battle Collection figure. :(

The SBC was, along with the old fighting game rosters (and probably a few other things I'm forgetting), one of the biggest and most blatantly pronounced solely SSJ/major villain-centric aspects about the Japanese media & marketing towards the end of the manga/anime's original Japanese run in the mid 90's.
That's the exact reason why right there. They were just following suit from the show.

A question about her. I just recently picked one up and she's an awesome looking little toy, but her hair seems to connect to her back through a peg or something. I want to disconnect it so that I can move her head, but I don’t want to accidentally mess her up either. Is that peg removable or a support beam?

And Forgotten Hero- Holy shit I love that first shirt. I want one o_o So... Italy, eh? Damn.

This is some cool stuff. I love walls of dragonball. Also supporting making this a sticky because it applies to everyone and it'll just keep having to reposted in when it musses up anyway.

Obviously Pic + Gohan = Win, but I just love the whole thing, especially the art and the composition with that sweet Shenron arcong over then.

About the Lunch figure: Yeah, I just looked at her again and there definitely is a peg thing holding her hair on, I definitely wouldn't mess with it because I think it might break it.

Oh, and the Super Battle Collection is a pretty horrific collection in retrospect. It is made up mostly of Goku variations, Super Saiyans and main villains, but it excludes all the GT villains except for Bebi, and there is no Super Buu, Raditz, Nappa, or any of the Namek era enemies, and as stated there are no human characters what so ever. The only movie villain is Broly.
What sucks is a lot of the low number ones (the earliest ones to come out) are made of a hard plastic that discolors over time, and have really bad paint jobs, a lot of the figures are Wall Eyed. While all the GT era figures are made of a soft shiny plastic that looks great and they all have good paint jobs. I just wish all the figures were made of the soft plastic.

There was a Game-X-Change near my house with not one, but two copies of Legends. Sadly, it closed before I got around to buying one.

Thanks. We'll be getting to that one, though I don't know if I'd say we'll get to it soon. Unfortunately, our plates are a tad full right now.
