It wasn't a bad drawing, it was intended to be that way. If you re-watch the scene where this frame makes it's appearance, it's important to pay close attention to the 'warping' of the body in order to create a fluid dynamic style of animation. Additionally, the scene is being viewed at a 45 degree angle or so, hence the huge upper body portion, and the skinny body chest down.

Funny, I always thought Kakao was the coolest-looking of the Movie 3 villains. Not that he’s necessarily “handsome,” though…Wojak wrote:That's a big damn mo-fo there. I have always hated him because of his appearance. It's like you just want to punch him in the face.
Luckily Goku got to do that, and even more.
That poor guy, not even his mother should have thought of him as beautiful.

It might be just me, but Vegeta has always seriously looked like Jet Li in that particular shot for some reason. Like, for years.kei17 wrote:I guess the ugliest is the all of villains Yukio Ebisawa and Masayuki Uchiyama drew.
Mmm, crab meat.

I thought it was good. It was gross and it showed he was so laid back and comfortable in his final form he could have a little snack while beating Vegeta up.NeptuneKai wrote:"SHIT WE NEED SOMETHING TO PAD THIS EPISODE!Snail wrote:I still can't shake the fact at how utterly random that was.
HAVE FREEZA....I DONT KNOW HAVE HIM EAT A CRAB OR SOMETHING!"

But it was also completely unnecessary and slowed down the episode, much like every filler moment in Dragonball.mAcChaos wrote:I thought it was good. Isn't that pretty much the point of filler, to slow down the episodes? Ya know, so they can stretch a small chapter of manga across 20 minutes or prevent the anime from catching up to the manga?NeptuneKai wrote:But it was also completely unnecessary and slowed down the episode, much like every filler moment in Dragonball.mAcChaos wrote:I thought it was good. Thank god for filler, or DBZ could've turned out like the last arc of Rurouni Kenshin

Filler can be implemented a LOT more smoothly, One Piece does this very nicely.SSJ2bardock wrote:Isn't that pretty much the point of filler, to slow down the episodes?
