I never liked how people kept generating clothes out of nowhere. Goku generates his clothes for SSJ4 even though he's either a child or ozaru, as does Vegeta. Bebi generates his Tsufuru outfit that mostly disappears when he goes ozaru and then reappears again. Oob (Uub) gets his new outfit when he reunites with Boo (Buu). Oob I can kinda understand as it was a mystical type transformation (like the fusions in Z), but the others were done simply to cover adult private parts... I assume.

I guess that it could be clothes made from the same fabric that the Saiya-jin jumpsuits are made of, y'know, what they wear underneath their armor.
I have a hard time seeing Vegeta in leather pants, as he mostly seems to dress in comfortable clothes.
I mean, think of how hot it has to be to be fighting in leather pants, tight leather pants nonetheless.

I share this opinion with Herms, you know, Bebi is liquid like android? (we seen mechanical parts when he was destroyed by Kamehameha and in his early stage he seems to be more mechanical than mutant like Buu, like he is later), so I asume that in his powered up stages, body of Vegeta and Bebi are merging together to that stage, when Bebi is dominant and Vegeta's body is mutated to resemble Bebi's original human/Tsufuru form.

Except that the Venom Symbiote was a shell that covered the host, so it obiously affected the appearance. As where, Bebi his...symbiotic stuff... inside fo the host, so how could he affect their appearance.

Simple, he is not shell or costume, but can merge with host's cells.... You know like fusion between Bebi's cells and Vegeta's cells, so it's kinda of fusion we seen in Dragon Ball before

Maybe he slips a bit of himself through Vegeta's pores and manifests his appearance there.

I often wonder how Bebi gains control of Vegeta when Babidi can't...

Maybe it's because he's physically there or something?

As for the other question at hand, I think since Baby took Vegeta as a host, he started manifestating himself on the outside as well, so it starts as a virus but later forms into something kinda like Venom. Don't forget that Venom can also retract into the body of the host. In the comics nowadays, it seems that Eddie Brock had a symbionte which he thought it was a cancer.

Someone passed this scan onto me a while ago and Herm’s translated the page a while back.

Anyway, has anyone got screencaps of the Tsufuru in the OVA and GT? Do they look any different?
