Since the music forum is getting a number of requests to translate the songs from the recently-released DragonBall Kai Song Collection, I figured I'd take care of it all in one fell swoop and get that out of the way.
I realize almost half of these songs are already translated thanks to Herms, but being ambitious (aka an egotistical twerp), I wanted a shot at them myself.
Thanks to Dbzbabe for providing the scans of the lyrics pages, and thanks to the folks at Kanzentai for (knowingly and unknowingly) helping me out with the names.

EDIT: Fixed a mistranslation in "Only A Chilling Elegy."

You may notice the weird formatting of the Romaji lyrics. That's because I'm generally used to my own personal "code" for Romanization: Anything in kanji is in Italics, katakana is in ALL-CAPS, hiragana is plain text, and anything already in Roman letters is bold.

A lot of the time it's just picking the most common name associated with the given kanji unless you can confidently confirm the proper pronunciation. If it's someone that's credited for doing something specific, like music arrangements, try to see if you can find that name credited for doing the same thing in another series. Take the name and plug it into Google and see what results you get. If anything, you'll at least find out if you have the correct spelling and kanji. Other than that, feel free to e-mail or PM me if you get stuck. It took me a while to really get a system down, so I'd be more than happy to help. Believe it or not, I find it fun. I guess I like the challenge.

Funny thing is, Google-plugging was exactly what I was doing, that and the Japanese Wikipedia searches, like Herms suggested. But Denshi Jisho, which utilizes Jim Breen's database (and which I use because it's quicker with my dial-up connection), wouldn't give me the right combination of radicals - those were the ones I marked with a "?" - and so some of the names I had to Google broken-up.
Kanji names have always thrown me for a loop, and for some frustrating reason they almost never give us furigana. Just looking the kanji up cold, you never know when to go with the kun-readings or the on-readings, and many a time both readings get tossed out the window anyway for something not even listed!

You and me both! I've never understood why they don't provide furigana for names because you'd think that people would want their names pronounced correctly. It's just so common for them not to be included.

I forgot to include this earlier, but I did summarize a lot of my Japanese name knowledge on the "General Overview" page of the "Production Guide" on Kanzentai. I'm not sure how much it'll help you in this case, but I think it's an interesting read, although I'm biased. As Herms would say, I'm utterly crazy for translating all these episode credits.

Yeah, I think it's just "Super Dragon Soul," because I don't see the latter two words in the translated lyrics anywhere.

It's quiet fascinating seeing how many mangaka does this.
I mean in Bleach you've got the hollows whose names are spelt using the kanji 虚 "Kyo" (Emptiness), but uses the kana "horo" (ホロウ).
Also in Bobobo-bo you've got the Bo-bobo World technique which uses the kanji 聖鼻毛領域 "Hijiri Hanage Ryouiki" (Sacred Nose Hair Zone), but uses the kana "Bo-bobo Warudo" (ぼーぼぼ・わーるど).
In the case with Dragon Ball, you've got the Dragon Balls themselves that were spelled with kanji 龍球 (Ryuu Kyuu) "Dragon Sphere", but uses the kana (ドラゴンボール) "Doragon Boru".
