First, in Tenjou Tenge vol. 9, there's a scene where the main character, Souichirou, is training and he does a very Dragonball-esque power-up. The art style even changes significantly to match Toriyama's style:

Heh, his shirt even changes to read "Kame." At first, I thought the first pose might be parodying the fusion technique, but the word "Raiders" on his shirt and the weird belt thing seem to imply a parody of something else (though I'm not sure what it is). Tenjou Tenge has other occasional DB references; there's this weird guy who looks like an alien who does a Solar Flare (I think?) at some point. Plus, Souichirou has a kind of reverse Super Saiyan technique: instead of going from black to blond, his hair goes from blond to black in his powered up form.
I know Yakitate! Japan has already been mentioned in either this thread or one of the previous parodies threads, but I recently read vol. 20 and found a different one besides the Super Kuroyanagi one. This one results from a Journey to the West parody that, inevitably, had to end with Dragonball being parodied, as well:

Kawachi bulks up considerably and asks for everyone's help to create a "trust bomb", which, for copyright reasons, cannot be fully explained
